How quick are your response times?
Our wide client base often remark on the speed and efficiency of our service. We aim to return order confirmations and quotes within 3 working hours unless they are particularly complex.
How do I request a quote?
Email your quote request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please list the products and quantities you require, along with where and when you would like them delivered. We’ll supply you with a quote as soon as we can.
How do I place an order?
Please email your purchase order through to email@example.com
How will I know that you have received my order?
Once we have processed your order we will email you an Order Confirmation detailing your order and advising of your expected delivery date.
What is my dealer discount from the RSP prices listed?
If you have registered for an account with us, you’ll be notified of your dealer discount and sent nett price lists to download. If you don’t have an account please register.
Alternatively, please ask our team for details of the trade discounts that have been applied to your account. Specific project discounts may be discussed with your Account Manager.
What are your payment terms?
If you have opened a Credit Account with us your terms will be payment by end of month following delivery.
For non-account customers, payment will be required via a Proforma Invoice before the goods can be despatched.

Are there any charges for delivery?
All Metalicon accessories are delivered free of charge in the UK & Ireland, except in the instance of web drop-shipping. Some furniture deliveries may incur delivery charges depending on volume and location. If in doubt, please contact your Account Manager to discuss what carriage charges are applicable.
Where can you deliver to?
We can deliver anywhere in the world that major couriers will go. We currently have customers in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Australasia and the Americas. Talk to us about delivery charges.
Can you deliver direct to my customer?
Of course! Full address and site contact details are needed for successful deliveries. The more delivery information you can provide the better!
Do you offer an installation service?
Yes! We have fully trained installation teams with expert knowledge of our products. We can also install other manufacturer’s products alongside our own. Please ask us for a quote for installation.

Can I download images?
You’ll find links to download images and technical specifications as well as CAD on every product page. As a registered dealer, you can access all resources on our Google Drive.

Do you supply 3D files and Revit/BIM files?
Many of our products are available in 3D and Revit/BIM File format. Please register on our website to access these or call our team with your request.
